Duties and responsibilities

  • As a London Drugs TECH Specialist’s your job involves assisting consumers in the purchase of products in all technical departments of the shop, including computers, audio visual equipment, mobile phones, electronics, and photographic equipment.
  • working independently to advise customers on certain goods and services within the Computer, Audio Video, and Photo/Electronics areas.
  • make London Drugs the go-to place for reliable professionals in the field of consumer electronics.

  • to attend product knowledge seminars and to stay current on new technologies and products.
  • Do inventory counts, merchandise, and keep the department’s professional sales image up to date.
  • You will be a dependable advisor to our consumers as a London Drugs TECH Specialist, assisting them in choosing the technological items that are best for them.

Requirements

  • demonstrated abilities to advise and counsel clients on goods, services, and retail promotions.
  • the capacity to work in a busy retail setting, including on weekends and in the nights.
  • the capacity for effective and constructive communication with management, employees, vendors, and customers.
  • ability to uphold a professional demeanor and appearance, which will benefit the London Drugs brand as a whole.
  • prior sales experience with computers, mobile phones, audio visual equipment, or photo/electronics.
