“My strengths include my ability to learn things very quickly. I am also a resourceful person and an innovative problem solver.
5. What is Your Biggest Weakness?
“My biggest weakness is the fact that I find it difficult to ask people for help. I figure things out myself when I encounter problems. However, I understand it would be more beneficial to seek advice from other more experienced people. This is something am very keen to improve on”.

“ I am productive, self motivated and commercially aware. I am productive which means I will take it upon myself to always achieve good things for the company. I am self motivated which means I will work diligently through all tasks to help the team achieve its objective. I am also commercially aware which means I understand the importance of doing a good job and always delivering on time to help the business thrive.
7. How Would You Deal With A Difficult Customer?
“I would listen to the customer and calmly ask them questions to establish their needs. I would try to find the solution to their problem quickly. It would be my aim to keep the customer on board”.
8. Tell Me About A Time You Failed?
“ In my previous job, my boss asked me to carry out a managerial task which I was sure I was capable of because I have completed this type of job a couple of times. However I didn’t listen fully to her briefing and I ended up missing an important part of the task. So I failed because I had not completed everything as per instructed but as soon as I realized I had failed, I apologized and I took positive actions to put things right. Moving forward, I decided to make changes to how I work. I made sure I wrote down all instructions, confirmed with my supervisor and double checked everything to make sure it was completed correctly”.
9. What Experience Do You Have Relevant To This Role?
“I have experience dealing with clients in an approach that is representative to company’s vision. I have experience solving problems independently and completing time sensitive tasks. I also have experience collaborating with other people in a team to achieve a common goal”.
